Overview
You will take a real problem statement from the partner company through discovery, sizing and specification — the actual sequence a product manager follows before anything gets built.
The programme is deliberately opinionated about rigour: every prioritisation decision in your roadmap needs a reason a reviewer can follow, not just a gut call.
Learning outcomes
- Run structured problem-discovery interviews
- Size an opportunity with evidence, not guesswork
- Write a clear, testable problem statement
- Prioritise a backlog using an explicit framework
- Write a specification an engineering team could build from
- Define success metrics before launch, not after
